Please come up with something better than this - unusable! Absolutely cant get around the app.

I bought this ap to watch Mei Xiang throughout the day with her tiny baby panda. Much better than the web feed which shuts you down mid-stream, this works very well. I might add the folks at the National Zoo have great camera people staying focused on Mei and bubba.

The 1st 24 hrs the app worked w/no problem. That was yesterday...today app freezes up. Reinstalled it twice, to no avail. I didnt mind the $1.99 charge. However, disappointed on two counts...app is non-functioning and I loose out watching the pandas. Learn by this & other reviews. Save your $$$ & go to the zoos website to watch the pandas!

I bought this app to access the animal cams. They are never on, nor are there any animals to watch. Also, the Panda cam makes me sad because they sleep on a cold, hard concrete floor in a tiny space. It makes me want to call PETA.

The map doesnt work. Seemed like a no brainier $1.99 versus $5 paper map at zoo. Every time I click map the app crashes and closes. #fail #refund?

Weve used this app for a couple of years on both iPhones and early-gen iPads without trouble, mostly for panda cam viewing. However, in the most recent iPad versions (both iPad Air 2 and Mini 4), the app freezes if you close out and try to re-enter. You need to do a "hard" close-out (double-click and swipe closed) to get it to work again. Please fix!

For a map it seems to be good, but I bought it for the animal cams. So far have yet to see anything other than the pandas, and the app tends to kick me out every 4 to 7 min regardless of what Im doing. Getting really tired of reading some cool animal facts to my kids and having to suddenly reopen and find where I was continually. Will rate higher when they fix those two problems. Update here it is 2016 and have yet to be able to see any animals beyond pandas and an elephant backside. The cameras are off line or nothing is there .

I mainly got this just for the panda cam - & have been watching since Bao Bao was born. Your cam operators are AWESOME! The info about the metro was helpful when I visited & the lion cub cam was great when the babies were born. Would like to see a few more live cams, but otherwise, great app.

The cams are always offline - app is worthless.
